Unable to apply a scan format or scanner type

Using TWAIN.  Was working, but relocated the workstation and scan types and formats are unspecified.  Made sure workstation had PDI license.   How do I get the scanner type and scan format reconfigured.

You need to plug the scanner back into the exact same (Assumed) USB port. The Scan Format ties down to the USB port hardware level. Easiest is to delete them for now and recreate. Then mark the port and the cable with the same color tape (just a thought) so if it gets moved again you know where to plug it in. I do this where I work now because facilities management will move stuff without talking to IT.
