My Human Resources Professional is trying to process a large batch in the Thick Client of about 590 images, and the client allows her to process a single image (index or delete it), then it shuts down. When she starts the client up again, that document is locked. She releases the lock, goes back to Scan/Index, processes the next document, and the client shuts down again. Rinse & Repeat. Any Suggestions?

That sounds like a crash and might be better handled by your first line of support. Is the user getting an exception message after indexing? If not, is there anything in the Windows Event Viewer's Application log?
