Thick client 9.2 - send to - Mail recipient - received Debug Error!

OnBase 9.2, user has Windows 7 machine, when she tried to use the right click - send to - Mail recipient - received the following info in a pop up box.  How do we fix this?

Hi-

OnBase 9.2 support Windows 7.  Please verify that the dmMailServices.dll (used to 'connect' OnBase to the email system) is installed and registered.  This file is typically located in the same directory as the OnBase Client executable.  Also verify that the OnBase32.ini file settings for external mail are appropriately configured based on your external email system (e.g. Outlook), etc. 

The .ini / configuration settings are outlined in the External Mail Services MRG - Version 9.2.0.
