The XML page cannot be displayed

When we try to view SYS Configuration reports we get the following error... any ideas on how to fix this?

Verification Report works ok...

The XML page cannot be displayedCannot view XML input using style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.Invalid at the top level of the document. Hi Chuck,

The issue here is likely that the report got archived as an XML file format but should be text. To fix this for your current documents, simply re-index to "Text Report Format." Going forward, check the Document Type configuration for the "SYS Configuration Reports" and ensure the file format is Text Report Format and not XML.

Thanks Mark. I think all of the SYSTEM Docs were set to XML. 

I looked in the System Admin MRG but I dont see anything that shows the default file format for each of the system documents.

Is there somewhere that I can find a list that shows which ones should be TXT, XML or somthing else?

You're welcome, Chuck. I found in the Sys Admin MRG some of the System Document Types and what they are used for but nothing on the file formats. Either way here's what I'm showing when I query my 12 database for all SYS Document Types and file formats:
