Stream Error

Hi Folks,

We randomly encounter this error message when trying to save a document:

Exception Information An error occurred within the Unity API: OpenDocFile error: Internal Error opening stream

Has anyone else encountered this error and found a diagnosis for it?

Daniel - regarding the thread that you mentioned above, do you have any other ideas on what else may cause this? I've tried both of those and am still getting the OpenDocFile error when trying to submit a Unity form.
