We are having an issue using the Unity Client in OnBase16 with our QA team. If they come upon a document that needs to be split, after going into Document Separation and making the necessary changes, after returning to the batch any documents already marked OK have been cleared and must be looked at again. I notice in DocImage1601.pdf in the MRG the following on page 354: "By default, if a QA Review process is interrupted, the next time the batch is accessed, documents that were previously marked as OK will not be displayed again; only documents that were skipped or had not yet been reviewed will be displayed. Depending on your configuration, if a QA Review process is interrupted, you may need to restart the process from the beginning". Clearly, the configuration is wrong in some way. Any ideas what the proper configuration would be to resolve this? Thank you!
