I have a customer with a large implementation of OnBase that has to do SOX reporting. Their use of Configuration Migration has been frustrating in that discrete changes can't be tracked and Unity Scripts aren't updated. Using WF Studio exports can take 5+ hours and often fail so this avenue of documenting OnBase changes has been a failure too
We're looking for suggestions from Hyland and Community on how you manage to document changes for SOX compliance where the system has grown in complexity and documenting change processes doesn't seem to be supported by the product. I'm especially interested in custom reports from Report Services for example.
