Hi @Darren Schroeder ,

Security Keywords from the /userId/ endpoint are not currently supported for configuration via the OnBase Administration REST API.

Take care.

Hi @Adam Shane ,

Please can you provide an update on the above request? We have a requirement to update the Security Keywords via the REST API, and the documentation on sdk.onbase.com does not include this functionality for Foundation 23.1, and the Foundation 24.1 documentation is not listed, do you know if it is supported?

Thanks,
Leon

Hi @Leon Brits (nVisionIT) ,

While note documented in the SDK as there is no 24.1 SDK at the moment, the ability to retrieve Security Keywords via the REST API is available.  These endpoints are available with the release of OnBase 23.1.

GET /onbase/administration/api/users/{usernum}/security-keywords

GET /onbase/administration/api/user-groups/{userGroupId}/security-keywords

If you are looking for the ability to create and/or modify Security Keywords, that feature is not currently available.  Please submit a Feedback request for the feature.  You can referenced Software Change PCS-1360.

Best wishes.
