Scanning in the Unity Client

I am trying to setup a Fujitsu fi6130z scanner with the Unity 11.0 client. 

 I am using the Production Document Imaging(Twain) license,

The scanner works in test mode but the Unity client does not scan when you select the SCAN button,   The scanner setups/formats are done for simplex, duplex.  Under User/Imaging - the Production Document Imaging(Twain) license is selected.

It appears that I am missing the ACQUIRE button in the ribbon bar and I do not have an UPLOAD layout.

What is the resolution to this problem?    I can't find the answer in the MRG.

Hello.  Are you selecting the Batch Scanning option in the ribbon?  Then you will select a Scan Queue, to enable the Scan or Sweep buttons.  There is detailed information about scanning in the Unity Client in the Document Imaging MRG.  Is that the MRG you were looking at?

Hi Ray,

Yes,  I did select the Batch Scanning Ribbon and the the scan queue and selected the Scan button.

I was able to use the Sweep button with no problem. 

We have been scanning for over six years in the Thick Client.  This is our first attempt to deploy Unity and Scan.  Any additional troubleshooting help will be greatly appreciated.
