HI -
when I manually run the process to delete any Incomplete Delete disk volumes, a SYS Platter Management report is generated. I added the task to Unity Scheduler to run for the first time this morning and I can see in the history of the Unity Scheduler that it ran but I didn't get any SYS Platter Management Reports. I've searched all SYS reports and do not see any reports for this process. Is there any reports? Where can I find information as to what happened and if there were errors?

The Unity Management Console will allow you to see the History of Task execution's under the Details pane ...
You can also generate an Execution History as well ...
If you are not seeing the information you need, you might need to enable Hyland Diagnostics logging for the Unity Scheduler instance.
Specific to Platter Management, you can generate a Platter Deletion Report ...
This will create a report under the SYS Platter Management Reports Document Type.
