Request Profile Diagram Not available in troubleshooting tools

I am troubleshooting a unity script and was watching a troubleshooting guide in premium and I came across the "request Profile Diagram" troubleshooting tool. It is supposed to just be in "File > Troubleshooting" in unity client but it is not available on my client. I have admin privilege and am at a loss. Is there anything obscure that needs to be enabled in maybe obunity.exe.config?

There's a "Using the Request Profile Diagram" heading in the Unity Client MRG.  I happened to already have the EP5 MRG downloaded and it's on page 171; I suspect it'd be close to there in the EP1 MRG.  It says you have to either uncomment a line in the app server's web.config:

Or you have to drop the Minimum Error Level in the Diagnostics | View Diagnostics Settings menu of the Web Application Management Console.

Have you tried that?  Note that either change is going to trigger your application server to recycle, so don't do it if you don't want to interrupt anyone's session!
