How does one go about resolving the following error "problem locating ID file for Disk group.The uncommitted copy of the disk group is currently offline" .The Infrastructure team setup a new file server and just did a copy of the documents folder from the old server to the new one.I have looked into security and have granted full control for some groups to the document folder but the problem still persists.

Hi Jason.
This is typically an issue where OnBase can't find the OnBase.ID file in the Disk Groups. If the OnBase.ID file for Copy1 of the Disk Group is not accessible by the Client/Service attempting to import, then that error will appear.
