How does one go about resolving the following error "problem locating ID file for Disk group.The uncommitted copy of the disk group is currently offline" .The Infrastructure team setup a new file server and just did a copy of the documents folder from the old server to the new one.I have looked into security and have granted full control for some groups to the document folder but the problem still persists.

Did you update your fileshare paths in OnBase? You need to do so if the new fileshare is not named the exact same.

We did that but the error kept on showing up. Users are able to retrieve documents.The challenge is when we try to capture documents into OnBase

Sorry, just now seeing this.
Do you have a copy 2? If so, what is it? UNC, Centera, EMC, etc.
And when you say you updated the paths, you did so by force promoting each disk group?
