I have an ongoing problem with users and myself printing from the "patient briefcase" in allDocs. We have allscripts healthcare management and alldocs/onbase. When the "briefcase" is open with patient info, we choose a document then we use the "send to" button and choose print to printout the document. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. It always goes to the printer spooling as far as I can tell. I actually see the document appear in the printer queue , it disappears from the queue (like its printing) but doesn't get printed out. This happens on local printers and network printers. Occasionally I can print out with no problem and then it stops again.
