Hey Josh - One thing you might want to check is to see if your print spooler is running out of memory. If you have quite a few print jobs spooling or the printer is paused OnBase can present this error trying to send information to the printer.

Hi Andrew,
Thanks for the help. There should be plenty of memory on the printer, and there are no spooled jobs at the time it runs. Any other ideas? I saw in another post a similar error where it has something to do with the Domain Controller........

I think this is a Printer Device Context error. Probably OnBase calling a driver and a port, and encountering an error.
Suggest trying a different driver.
