Trying to clean up our Incomplete Delete Queue, I set up a scheduled task in Unity Management Console. The first night it processed several thousand files, since being scheduled for about two weeks nightly it has only processed files one other night. If I mainly execute the task it does not find files either. What would cause it to not process files on a consistent schedule? There is still several platters that need to be processed. I can manually go an process them from the Incomplete Delete Queue and they are successful, so I don't believe it is a permissions issue.

Have you captured any error messages in diagnostics console?
If you still need assistance with this issue, I suggest opening a support ticket with FLOS (first line of support) so that a Support person will work directly with you to resolve this issue.

I've seen various causes for this error message in our case management system.
If you haven't already done so, I suggest that you Create a Support Case with FLOS (first line of support) so that a Support person will work with you directly to come up with a resolution to your issue in your environment.
