PDF Documents open in external viewer!

Hi,

We are using OnBase 12 SP1 & all uesrs login through unity clients.

I am facing a problem with one user when uploading a PDF documents, it opens in an external viewer (Adobe Reader) outside of OnBase.

the issue happens with this user only. others are working fine.

Any idea?

Your tip along with ensuring the Adobe Reader Add-ons in Internet Explorer were set to "Enabled" worked! Thank you.

Glad it helped Scott. I have also experienced weirdness with the Adobe Addon as we are running Windows 8 and IE 11.  The adobe add on only shows as 32 Bit for Adobe Professional but shows as 32 & 64 bit for Adobe Reader. .  It has caused intermittent issues but have not heard from any of our users so maybe we fixed with SW patches.
