We created a DIP process that pulls PDF documents. The document has been given a default file type of PDF. When these documents are viewed in the Onbase Client, they display as text. If you look at the document properties and copy the path, the computer opens the document as a PDF. So the PDF appears to be OK, but we can't get the Onbase Client to open in as a PDF. Any ideas?

Our client is installed on the App server and no one but admins use it. All users use the Unity client which is installed on their desktops. But the same issue happens to me. I noticed that Adobe was not installed on the app server where I run the client. However, when I run Unity from the same server I can view as a PDF. Does the machine on which you are running the client have Adobe reader installed. I believe the Unity Client uses an internal image renderer and the client requires Adobe.
