We deploy OnBase through Citrix and are needing a way to separate documents in a batch with changing the current scan format. I have modified the scan queue to separate on Patch Code Page and the patch code page is not recognized through citrix. This process works fine locally on a production scanner such as Fujitsu 5750. We have several different desktop scanner models in production at this time. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
