In OB 12.0.2, we are getting scattered reports and screenshots from our users that indicate their OnBase account has been locked. And Config shows the user account to be locked. The users continue to work in other applications fine. The problem is that we use AD authentication and there are no OB password policies configured, so how is the user account getting locked? We are still researching but we believe it's mostly web clients. Has anyone else ever seen this?

Hi Bill,
Thanks for the update. I have seen scenarios where OnBase is affected by domain controller issues where as other applications are not. It all comes down to the methods which the respective applications are using to authenticate users. As there are many different ways to authenticate between the different versions of .NET, Java, ADSI, etc. it is possible that one works while the other doesn't.
Take care.
