This print queue has been functioning for years. Printer will print when users send docs directly by right-click > print and select the printer. But, error "printer not configured" pops up when a doc is sent to the printer from a workflow action (action type: Print Document) specifying the queue.
A workstation with OnBase thick client installed on it acts as "print server". Print queues are mapped on that work station. Have considered remapping them, but am afraid to without knowing more about how these things work.
Any ideas why and what the fix would be?

I am also seeing this issue. We are upgrading (win2008->win2012) our Print Server and I am running into this as well.
