We are getting an error pop-up when we perform document retrieval using the OnBase web client.
Error Message: Required parameters not found. Please try again. If you receive this error multiple times, please log out and lag back into the Web client.
We tried searching entering into all keywords and logging out and logging back in to the web client but the error persists. Please advise.
We are using OnBase Version 11.0.1.76 and IE8

Are you able to run Hyland Diagnostics Console from your Application Server? If so, can you tell us what shows in the Errors tab when attempting this same operation?

We ran Hyland Diagnostics Console from our Application Server but no activity is recorded under the Errors tabs when we get the error on document retrieval.

Is this happening with all workstations? On one of the workstations that is experiencing this issue, can you reset IE back to its default settings to see if that resolves it?
