Are you talking about the option to right-click on the document and send-to internal email or are you talking about a WF notification? If you are talking about the right-click option on the document, the answer is no; you can only email to a specific user if you are using the internal mail option. If you are talking in WF, you can setup a WF Notification to go to a user group(s) using internal email.
