We recently upgraded to Adobe Acrobat X and started having some difficulty with PDFs imported into OnBase. We have version 9.2. Is this version compatible with Adobe Acrobat X?

When a user tries to open a pdf all they will get is a gray screen. Sometimes, as it does not happen with every pdf. Also, comments made on a document in Adobe are not visible when the pdf is imported into OnBase.

I forgot to add we are using the thick client.

Our users have waited... and waited.. and waited... I let it go up to 45 minutes with no response. I'll put in a ticket with my reseller and let them know that at least one other client is having the exact same issue. Thanks Everyone!

I've put in a ticket with ImageSoft this morning. Should I reference this thread so they know you've seen it from two different sites?
