Hi,
Currently we have several 'super users' who initiate autofill keyword set imports and commit scan queues. We are getting ready to upgrade to version 18 and we are wondering whether or not this functionality is still limited to the thick client. Has there been more administrative functionality added to the Unity client in version 18?
Thanks,
Derek

Hi Derek,
Unfortunately most of the batch and import processor management functionality still only exists in the Thick Client. You do have the ability to mark Document Imaging batches as ready for Commit (allowing a service to commit them), but you cannot manage COLD/DIP/Etc batches in Unity.
The main reason is that many of these types of processes are extremely Disk Group/Database intensive and are best suited for a client with a direct connection to both.
I hope this helps!

Is there anyway to do an autocommit in Unity Client?
