We currently have the majority of our users scanning from the OnBase Thick Client through Citrix. We have 9 servers and have the scan formats loaded on all of the servers in this path \\servername\C$\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Hyland Software.
The scan formats are marked read-only. Some of the scan formats show the properties box to allow for tweaking, etc. But if they tweak the properties, as soon as they their session the changes should not be saving. Yet, I can see new scan formats getting created from the Citrix server path.
For those of you scanning through Citrix have you experienced any of these issues? The Medical Records staff are the ones with the most scan formats and have the need to tweak, so how to I lock down the ability to create a new scan format but yet allow the users the ability to tweak if needed?
Does any run any reports to see if anyone is creating or updating scan formats?
