Not receiving external notification email from Workflow

I am creating an HR Lifecyle, I have Ad Hoc tasks for Dismiss and Interview, when one is selected it will pull the email address from the Unity Form and send a notification email to the applicant. This works great if I send it to my company email.

When I try to send to an outside email address, I don’t receive anything and I’m not seeing any errors, diagnostic console says message sent successfully. (OnBase17)

It sounds like the email is successfully being sent from OnBase to the SMTP server and it's the SMTP server itself that's preventing the email from going outside the organization. You'll need to talk to whoever manages that in your organization.
