Super quick question. Is there a way to configure OnBase so a user can select more than one keyword on a keyword type. For example, we have a document that can be used in Florida and California and the user wants to be able to select both states instead of one from the drop down list. Then if they do a document retrival it will show up in I seach for either Florida or California.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions

You can choose F6 to allow a user to add mutliple instances fo a KW. That allows users to search for a document with multiple KW using either "and" or "OR" operators.

One more thing if you want a user to be able to add multiple KW from teh scan queue, make sure to select "F6-Add Keyword" from the INDEXING tab when configuring scan queue processing options.

once a document is committed, is it possible perform the "F6-Add Keyword" function? I tried using add keyword in workflow but that didn't work.
