Multi-instance KTG Autofill keyword issues in EP3 20.3.44.1000

A empty KTG is added while importing documents for document types using autofill keyset. Anyone facing similar issu in ep3 version?

How are the documents being created? Ad hoc import or some kind of batch process?

Through manual imports only.
