Mapping OnBase Version to Database Version

Hi, All,

I'm trying to launch OnBase Configuration to connect into a seldom-used development database and I'm getting an error message that says:

Database version mismatch. Expecting 3.5-409, found 3.5-396.

I know what this error means, but I don't want to upgrade the database. I just want to use the right version of OnBase Configuration to connect to this database version. Is there a mapping documented anywhere from the OnBase version to the database version so that I know what version of Configuration to run when I get this message?

Hi Sean,

The OnBase Database Compatibility Matrix should give you the info you're looking for. The direct link is: https://whatsnew.onbase.com/Matrix/index.html

You can also access it via the Customer Portal from the list under "Software Links" on the right side of the page.

Hope this helps!

Thanks!

-Mike
