hello everyone, I have a user who is getting the following error while launching onbase. access denied (auto login) and then an error occurred while gathering information from Active Directory for NT authentication . thanks

Here are a few questions to get started:

• Can you verify the client which the user was attempting to login (Thick Client, Web Client, Unity Client, etc)?
• Does this happen for all users or only the one user? 
• Which authentication method are you using (Config | Utils | Network Security)?

We are receiving this same thing on a users machine. Were you able to find the cause of your issue?
