Since we upgraded to onbase 18 the keywords table is automatically popping up when opening a document. It's a bright yellow table with all the documents' keywords. How can I turn that off for everybody?

Hello and thank you for using the OnBase Community Luca!
It sounds like what you are describing is the "Auto Display" Keyword dialog. To verify this, please open Configuration and open the Keywords Menu. Select Keyword types, from here select the Keyword(s) in question and click the "Settings" button.
From the Keyword Type Settings dialog that opens look for the "Display Options" section and verify that the "Auto Display" checkbox is checked.
This setting applies to all Document Types that the Keyword is associated with, so before disabling this please make sure doing so won't impact anyone else working with this Keyword Type.
In order to see which other Document Types this Keyword is assigned to close the "Keyword Type Settings" dialog and return to the "Keyword Type Configuration" dialog, select the Keyword in question and click the Document Types" button. This will display all Document Types that this Keyword is associated with.
I hope this helps answer your question.
Thanks again for using the OnBase Community!
