I'm currently trying to Index some documents and I locked a description since I have three document types that I need to use the same papers for . When I unlocked it and clear keywords, the description field has continued to populate on all documents and I have to clear keywords every time.
When I unlock the customers information and clear keywords, they do not populate on the next document.
When I unlock the Description, it should not continue to populate the keywords. Is there a setting somewhere to correct this?
*I'm currently using the Web Client and that's where this is occurring.
