We are trying to utilize UNQ option for one of the keywords on a certain doc type. This will prevent the creation of the duplicate documents based on this keyword and append the new document to the existing one. The process is working OK with the exception when document is being appended the keywords values are lost from the document being appended. In other words the keywords are not being updated on the target document that was already in the system.
There is an option in the scan queue settings, processing options, Indexing tab that suppose to control whether I want to retain the keywords or not (according to DocImage MRG) when appending but it has no effect whether selected or un-selected. These appears to be a bug or maybe I'm missing something else.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
