Can we move the document to a workflow when a document is deleted in OnBase using the default delete option?

Our use case is to trigger the delete event from OnBase i.e, whenever end users attempt to delete a document in OnBase, we must send the information back to the other system indicating that the document has been deleted, and the source system must also remove the document's metadata links.

David's System Task suggestion should still work, as long as the necessary steps to send info back to the other system are above the delete document action in the task list.
