Hello,
I am in the process of upgrading my OnBase system to version 12 from version 10. I am also in the process of evaluating the Unity Client.
When I open the Unity client, I get a pop-up error that states "Invalid username or password. Please ensure your credentials are correct and try again."
On the server, Diagnostics Console states "Authentication Failed for user '[username]' on Datasource '[datasource]'".
When I click okay to the message in the client window and re-enter my same password (we're AD Integrated, so the account and domain are already set to the same as what I used to log-into my PC), it logs in just fine, as if there was no problem at all.
Specifics:
Unity Version 12.0.1.77 with matching core version
IIS AppServer set with Anonymous turned off.
Service account in running the APP Pool.
Any ideas about the direction to travel?
Thanks,
Seth

in your web.config for you app server, check the connection string. This actually bit us not too long ago also.

Thanks Bruce,
The post was too long? not sure what you meant here.
I found the solution... The APPServer that I was using was using had Anonymous access enabled. I created a new APPServer web site that doesn't allow anonymous access... The unity client login error went away.
