Where can I see my internal onbase mail that I have sent?  Like a Sent Items folder.

Need for verification and tracking purposes...

Unless it can be queried from the database, I don't think you can see internal OnBase mail that was sent. If you are sending an internal mail message that included a document being attached, you can run a document history transaction log for "Mailed a document."

My user ID has ‘internal email’ privilege assigned and I was able to send an internal email successfully by using the send to internal user function key. I set up my startup option to display the ‘Mail’ but I did not receive the internal email I sent it to myself. What’s missing? where should i look for this mail?

Hello Radha,

You may need to refresh your Internal Mailbox in order to see the message that was sent. Open your Internal Mailbox | Select Internal Mail | Right-Click in the Mail Messages section | Click Refresh.

I would recommend contacting your first line of support if you are having issues viewing messages that were sent to your internal mailbox.

Thank you for your post!!
