Interactive Document Crashes OnBase Client

When using the OnBase client to view an interactive document, the OnBase client crashes. Has anyone else had this issue or know the solution?

Are any errors displayed or logged in the Diagnostics Console?

What version of OnBase client are you using?

What interactive document types are causing this issue in your system?  

Is someone else editing the document while another person is trying to view it in OnBase client?
