Inactive Users

Good Morning!

Our current policy is to delete inactive users who have not logged in after 120 days.

I have not found an easy way to do this in Onbase 18 and would like to know is there a way to have it done (say Monthly) either automatically or perhaps by notification?  Is there a module we need to add to make this happen?

Thanks!

I'd be an advocate for leaving inactive user accounts alone on the basis that you lose their document and WF histories when the account is dropped.

Actually, we have a report that we run that identifies the inactive users, if they have been inactive for 90 days then they get disabled.  Once they are disabled for an additional 90 days, then they show up on the report as Ready to be deleted.  When they are deleted, they don't disappear completely, the system just appends the username with "(deactivated)";  so you don't ever really lose their History as a user for auditing purposes.  For example, in our organization we had a COMPOPS account (for Computer Operations) it has since been deleted as a user, so in the database it shows as "COMPOPS-143 (deactivated)".

They are defined as an inactive user based on their last login date being more than 90 days ago.
