Image Library Error #: -36 for testing Ordered DIP

I am trying to use the DIP module and get this -36 error when trying to test processing the DIP file. It's as simple as it gets: 1 doctype, 3 keywords, comma separated, double quote delimiter, run locally on my desktop using a default directory of C:\DIP, file name of the image file is present. Testing dip seems to recognize the keywords, DIP file, and the image file correctly.

-- Error code in Onbase 16 SP1 --

Error : An error occurred in the Image Library while processing page 1.  It is possible that this
        document file is corrupted.

Image Library Error #: -36

Error : Could not copy file: C:\DIP\DIP1600.pdf, the file was not indexed
Error : Keywords:
Error :   Last Name: 'SMITH'
Error :  First Name: 'JOE'
Error :      EmplID: '000365555'

Any ideas what the problem is? Anywhere to get more information on this Image Library Error?

-- DIP File Configuration --

"Smith","Joe","000365555","DIP1600.pdf"

Hello Aslabey,

Thank you for posting to Community.

Typically this type of error message is related to the Default File Format for the Document Type being set to 'Image File Format' (or something other than PDF) but the documents being brought in are a PDF File Format. To verify what Default File Format is configured, OnBase Configuration > Document > Document Type > select the Doc Type > Settings.

When importing through DIP, if you are importing files of a file format that is different from the Document Type’s Default File Format, you must include the >>File Type Default Keyword Type in the Import Index file. If you do not, you will be unable to view your imported documents.

If your index file does not specify the >>File Type but the file type being imported differs from the Default File Format of the Document Type then you will have issues. Please refer to the DIP MRG under the 'Document Type Default Format Consideration' section for additional information regarding this.

If you find that the Default Document Type is already configured for PDF and the document being imported through DIP is a PDF file, please reach out to your First Line of Support to troubleshoot the issue further.

Thanks.

I included the >>File Type keyword to my DIP configuration and updated my DIP file to use "16" as the File Type. The import was successful. Thank you for your help.

Note: For those that are looking, the numbers for each of the different File Types are located in the System Administration MRG (Onbase 16) starting on page 355.
