Identity Provider Authentication (IdP) - CAS + Duo MFA - jQuery error

Has anyone implemented the OnBase IdP with CAS + Duo MFA for AuthN and encountered a 'jQuery is undefined' error when authenticating in the following OnBase clients: Unity, Thick, Config, Studio?  How have you resolved this issue?

We're experiencing the jQuery error described above and have been told that the OnBase browser doesn't suppress error messages.  Wondering if there are any known solutions or workarounds to prevent the error from being presented to the end-user.

If you click-through script error dialogs (one dialog, or as many as it takes...) are you eventually able to use the login page successfully?

If you go through a similar log-in process in a browser while looking at the Developer Tools console, do you see similar errors?

What OnBase version are you on? (I know IdP is getting constant new functionality and bug fixes in almost every build of 17).

Thank you Alex.

Yes, we are able to successfully authenticate and log in by clicking either 'Yes' or 'No' in the resulting error dialog. Either response works.

Yes, we see the same error in a non-OnBase browser but the error is suppressed by the browser, so the end-user never sees it.

We're on OnBase 17.0.2.78

Hi Christopher,

Is the script an OnBase script or something external? Do you see any errors in Diagnostics Console? Does it only happen when using MFA? Have you tried this without MFA as a test?

I would also recommend contacting your First Line of Support to get an issue tracked.

Thank you Chad,

It's definitely not an OnBase script. The error occurs on the Duo MFA screen. But OnBase's browser that's used for Unity, Config, Thick, Studio doesn't suppress the error like the typical browser does.

Thank you, again. We have contacted our First Line of Support.
