Has Hyland IDP been tested with OnBase EP3 + Oracle? Is anybody using this combination?
I finished the online IDP installation training for EP3 however that lab uses SQL Server as the database.
I followed all the same steps in my environment and IDP does not appear to be connecting to Oracle from the API server when I try to log in from server/identityprovicer/admin. as MANAGER We did Oracle tracing today and nothing shows up on the Oracle side when attempting this login. As a comparison, I did a simple login from the OnBase Client and the SELECT statement having FROM hsi.useraccount WHERE = 'MANAGER' was easily found in the Oracle trace logs. Yet nothing in any Oracle trace log when trying to log in from IDP as MANAGER.
The Hyland Diagnostic Console shows the problem as "Unexpected Error". The json files appear to be correct. I need to confirm that Oracle can work properly with EP3 + IDP as there doesn't appear to be anything more I can try.
