We are using our API to get documents from our SBA platform and move them to OnBase/Nautilus.
In our testing 11 out of 52 documents are failing and giving us a message of Error: An Error occurred while parsing a keyword value for Keyword Type. They do not all have the same keyword it is erroring on. And there are some documents with the same keyword that were uploaded/imported successfully.
Any guidance on what this error could mean? Or is there anything we can do to get a better description of what is causing the error?
