How would I get the OnBase scheduler to work combined with running the OnBase client as a Windows service that will auto log into OnBase with a specific username, but not require someone to be manually logged into the Windows Operating system?

Example:  We want to schedule a purge job at 10:00pm  But some sort of scheduling service should be running 24/7/365 in order to accomplish this.  This scheduling service should be automatically in a running state when the server reboots, and should be running reguardless of which Windows Server Admin person is logged in or not logged in.

Look in the SysAdmin MRG.  (Page 495 if you are looking in SysAdmin1600.pdf for Version 16.)  It explains how you can use the Client or Config to set up a Windows Service to run the client.  In there you specify the switches you want to use for batch processing, etc.  You also can specify the computer/network account to run (to make sure it has access to your disk groups, etc.) and the OnBase internal user account (which should be set up as a service account in OnBase).

Make sure you set the service to "Automatic" so that it automatically starts up again after the server is rebooted.  Then you can schedule your purges, imports, etc. without anyone having to be logged in to the server.
