Hi All,

I know that this may sound ridiculous but how to associate a Keyword set to a Reverse Autofill Keyword Set Lookup?

I watch this video https://training.onbase.com/en/courses/course?cid=P0901but at 2:42 just jumps where to setup a keyword set...

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Goncalo

Hello Goncalo and thank you for using the OnBase Community!

Before configuring the Reverse AutoFill Keyword Set Lookup, an AutoFill must be configured first.  Keep in mind that External AutoFill Keyword Sets cannot use Reverse AutoFill Keyword Sets.  More information can be found on pages 84 - 94 of the AutoFill Keyword Set Module Reference Guide.

In order to associate an AutoFill Keyword Set to a Reverse AutoFill Keyword Set Lookup you must open Configuration and open the Keyword drop down menu.

From here select Reverse AutoFill Keyword Sets.

Select the AutoFill Keyword Set that you wish to configure a Reverse AutoFill Keyword Set Lookup for and enter some text for the Item Label, Dialog Title, Primary Select, and Help Text fields.  Click the Add button.

In the Search/Results Columns window you can alter any of the searchable Keyword fields if desired.  By Default the Primary Key is not configured to be a search Keyword.  Click Save once the Search and Results columns have been configured.

Next you will be prompted with a Confirmation window asking if you want to update the indexes on the search columns for the newly configured Reverse AutoFill Keyword Set lookup.  Before choosing either option please consult your System Administrator or First Line of Support.  Additional information regarding this dialog can be found on page 94 of the AutoFill Keyword Set Module Reference Guide.

Once Yes or No is selected at the previous Confirmation window, make sure you click Save at the bottom of the Reverse AutoFill Keyword Set Lookup window.

Any changes made will not be reflected in Core Clients until the Application Server has been recycled.

Great effort with a great answer!

Reverse AutoFill Keyword Set Lookup doesn't show for users when they tried to index document from either scan/index or import document.  We are using EP3, please help!

if you are using restricted (hidden and/or read-only) keyword types, that could be the issue. Certain builds of EP3 prevent users from getting to reverse AFKS even if the restricted keywords are not part of the AFKS.

You can add the "access restricted keywords" privilege to verify if that has anything to do with what you are seeing.
