How do I create signatures side by side in my Unity Client Form?

I am new to creating Unity forms and have a form that needs 3 signatures. I would like two of them side by side and the third one below those two. Have trouble creating this.

Have you tried placing a two-column panel and putting a signature box in each column? Then for the last one, you'd simply put that on the form below the panel.
