Have added new keywords to 2 doc types - cannot see the new keywords in unity client upload or batch/indexing - can see the new keywords in thick client re-index - nothing fancy about new keywords (in fact, they are just like an innocuous keyword that was already on these doc types).  I know I am missing something easy.  Thanks in advance.

Hi Paula and thank you for using the OnBase Community,

Have you recycled your Application Pool since you made these changes?  Any configuration changes made will not show up in Core Clients until the Application Pool has been recycled.

Keep in mind that these changes will not show up for other users until their Application Pools have been recycled also.  If possible, the best idea would be to recycle the Application Server either at the end of the day or overnight when there aren't any active users.

Thanks again for using the OnBase Community!

Thank you, Bryan.  That task is performed "across the hall" in our department.  [emoticon:c4563cd7d5574777a71c318021cbbcc8]
