Fixed Document Viewer

Hello All,

we are using OnBase 9.2, I am trying to find the settings for the document viewer in client. When I set the custom query window and the document viewer where I want them, it changes when I go to perform a new search. Is there a setting to fix the windows where you want them so they will stay? I have tried the settings under user options and workstation options.

Hi David,

Did you find a resolution to this?  I have been trying to accomplish the same thing, a way to keep the Image Viewer in the same position on the sreen.
