The EP3 upload document Documentation says if we want a 130mb file using a 10mb buffer. We should give the following request

There currently is no way to "request" or specify the number of parts you would prefer I don't think. The initial response that includes the filePartSize and numberOfParts must be used/respected. I believe this is because the temporary file storage service which is being utilized could be backed by different types of storage media, and depending on the storage media that could determine the capabilities of chunking the files on the server. This is why the API responds with that information rather then let the developer determine the chunk size.
