I have an external autofill that connects via ODBC connection that gives us employee data for a State agency. The main keyword we enter is Employee First Name and the tab to fill in the data. We have a Unity form that uses this external autofill to fill in the employee information (i.e. name, email, phone, supervisor, division, etc.). We also have a Service Request App that we build in WorkView that uses the Unity Form. The problem we have is that Service Requests can come from users that are not part of that external autofill.
On the Unity Form, I tried the check box that says Create Autofill Records on create but that doesn't appear to have helped and actually corrupted the Workview Service Request it created when I tried it and had to do a restore to this morning.
Anyone have an ideas on how to go about this??
